Working with one of our barbecue-master tutors and concentrating mostly on slow-cooking techniques, in this class you learn about:
- Cooking with indirect heat and hot-smoking - for prefect roasting of larger cuts and joints
- Cooking more than just meat over coal: fish, vegetables and even fruit
- Grilling - and how to ensure your food stays succulent and delicious
- The ins and outs of using home-made rubs, marinades and cooking sauces
Your tutor will bring all the ingredients, any special equipment required (except the barbecue - you need your own!) and recipes for your to keep.
