A School of Food canapé making class is an excellent introduction to creating delicious finger food. This fun, hands-on private class in your own home kitchen will teach you to confidently make all sorts of interesting, tasty canapés - so no more predictable smoked salmon on brown bread! The class ends with you sitting down for a feast of the delicious canapés that you made.

|Fast Food||Mini hamburgers, baby hotdogs, fried chicken lollipops, falafel in miniature flatbreads, chunky chips|
|Indian||Shish kebabs, grilled cumin lamb chops, saag aloo baskets, vegetable samosas, onion bhajis|
|Thai||Mini spring rolls, beef salad tartlets, steamed dumplings, lemongrass pork kebabs, lemon and chilli prawns|
|Sweet||Mini éclairs, baby pavlovas, pineapple fritter skewers, mini doughnuts, double chocolate mousse pots|
