Canapé Making Class
A School of Food canapé making class is an excellent introduction to creating delicious finger food. This fun, hands-on private class in your own home kitchen will teach you to confidently make all sorts of interesting, tasty canapés - so no more predictable smoked salmon on brown bread! The class ends with you sitting down for a feast of the delicious canapés that you made.
How it works
Choose five dishes which can be a mix from any of the categories below. We will contact you prior to the class to confirm your choices.

| Modern British | Rare beef skewers, seared lemon-marinated tuna, cauliflower and beetroot soup shots, mackerel tartar, chilli salt pork scratchings |
| Fast Food | Mini hamburgers, baby hotdogs, fried chicken lollipops, falafel in miniature flatbreads, chunky chips |
| Indian | Shish kebabs, grilled cumin lamb chops, saag aloo baskets, vegetable samosas, onion bhajis |
| Thai | Mini spring rolls, beef salad tartlets, steamed dumplings, lemongrass pork kebabs, lemon and chilli prawns |
| Sweet | Mini éclairs, baby pavlovas, pineapple fritter skewers, mini doughnuts, double chocolate mousse pots |
Your tutor will bring all the ingredients and any special equipment required for the class.
