Canapé Making Class

A School of Food canapé making class is an excellent introduction to creating delicious finger food. This fun, hands-on private class is held in your own home kitchen anywhere in our London coverage area and will teach you to confidently make all sorts of interesting, tasty canapés - so no more predictable smoked salmon on brown bread! The class ends with you sitting down for a feast of the delicious canapés that you made.

How it works

Choose five dishes which can be a mix from any of the categories below. We will contact you prior to the class to confirm your choices.

Traditional British Quail Scotch eggs, miniature Welsh rarebits, Bloody Mary shots, smoked salmon scrambled eggs, devils on horseback
Modern British Rare beef skewers, seared lemon-marinated tuna, cauliflower and beetroot soup shots, mackerel tartar, chilli salt pork scratchings
Fast Food Mini hamburgers, fried chicken lollipops, falafel in miniature flatbreads, chunky chips
Indian Shish kebabs, grilled cumin lamb chops, saag aloo baskets, vegetable samosas, onion bhajis
Thai Mini spring rolls, beef salad tartlets, steamed dumplings, lemongrass pork kebabs, lemon and chilli prawns
Sweet Mini éclairs, baby pavlovas, pineapple fritter skewers, mini doughnuts, double chocolate mousse pots

Your tutor will bring all the ingredients and any special equipment required for the class.
