During the 3.5 - 4 hour class you learn to make a classic laminated dough and to turn it into wonderful buttery, breakfast treats. At the end of the class you enjoy a feast of freshly-baked croissants and other goodies.

Your tutor brings all the ingredients and any special equipment required. You make dough and handle it at every stage of the process but - to ensure we can make everything in the time available - your tutor will also bring some dough started before the class.
