Eating healthily should not involve sacrificing deliciousness! Learn to plan and cook food that is as mouthwatering as it is good for you in School of Food's Healthy Cookery class - taught in your own home kitchen by one of our professional tutors.
The class is based around the premise that there is no single perfectly healthy diet. Rather, there are lots of approaches to healthy eating - though what most have in common is plenty of plant-based foods, very little processed food and eating in moderation.
Once you have made your booking one of our tutors will contact you to discuss your eating habits and your aims for the class. We will plan class content around your situation. The first part of the class (approximately 1 hour) is made up of discussion of your diet and tailored advice about how to incorporate healthier cooking and eating into your lifestyle. Then we spend 2.5 - 3 hours cooking dishes that will contribute towards these aims.
