A School of Food pasta making class is a fun and informative introduction to working with homemade pasta. This private class in your own home kitchen will teach you to confidently make all sorts of delicious pasta. The class ends with you sitting down for a meal of your fantastic pasta.
You learn about:
- perfect pasta - how to prepare a classic pasta dough by hand
- shapes and sizes - how to roll and cut the pasta
- fabulous fillings - we'll make a delicious filling and use it to make ravioli and tortellini
- sauces - which sauces go best with which pasta and we'll pair a sauce to our filling
Your tutor will bring all the ingredients required for the class and can also provide a pasta roller if required.
